This website provides general information on a class action lawsuit pending in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, In Re Natural Gas Commodity Litigation, Master File No. 03 CV 6186 (VM) and on two (2) settlements that affect the rights of all persons who purchased, sold, or settled New York Mercantile Exchange (“NYMEX”) Natural Gas contracts between June 1, 1999 and December 31, 2002 (the “Class Period”).

Remaining Settling Defendants:

A Settlement has been reached between the Plaintiffs and the Remaining Settling Defendants listed below. Please see the Notice of Proposed Settlements of Action with Remaining Defendants and Hearing on Proposed Settlements, and Proof of Claim (“Notice Packet”) by clicking on the tab entitled “REMAINING SETTLING DEFENDANTS”. This is the second group of settlements in this Action. You may have already submitted a Proof of Claim for the first group of settlements. If you did file a Proof of Claim for the first group of settlements, you do not need to file a Proof of Claim for this second group of settlements.
